The supplier has to take all the technical measures necessary, in order to protect the security of his services. These measures are, the terms of the online agreements, the secure connection with the bank and the protected areas to be concealed by a digital certificate.
All above should provide a security level proportional to the danger of network breach. In case of extreme danger of network security breach in which a transaction takes place, the supplier should issue a warning to the consumers for the existence of such kind of danger.
